Here are a few excerpts from the latest domestic discipline stories at Discipline and Desire.

The Toothache by Sabrina

Now, the panic she had felt before got even worse. There must be some way to salvage this situation. “Look, Trevor, it really isn’t necessary to be that harsh. I kind of agree that maybe I might have been wrong, so I do see your point.”

He shook his head, resolve written all over his handsome face. “As wonderful as that kinda, sorta, maybe apology is, it doesn’t change a damn thing, woman. You are still going to get an ass blistering that you’ll remember for a very long time.”

This didn’t sound good at all. She knew that she deserved some punishment, but not this. And as usual, she found a good, logical reason to not accept what he proposed to do.

“But this isn’t faaaaaaaaiiirrrrrrrrrr!”

Flight of Fancy by Maryse

As he sat down, Pete realised Hayley was staring at him. “What?”

“Tom tells me that this weekend is the annual dinner dance.”

Pete nodded, knowing full well where the conversation was going and wondering how the hell he was going to get out of hurting her feelings. “Yessss, it is.”

Hayley looked down at the table and began drawing invisible circles with her forefinger. “And Tom mentioned that you need a date.”

Pete groaned inwardly. Oh, boy! Just what he didn’t need! Sure, he liked Hayley – but only as a friend. He didn’t want to raise her hopes in any other direction.

Dusty’s Ghost Town by Brandy

Dillon Westover slid another furtive glance sideways at Amanda, his curiosity growing.  She seemed totally enthralled with the town as she never had before.  Either she was dreading her upcoming spanking and didn’t want to talk, or something else was bothering her. Not wanting to talk was unusual. He had never noticed how much she chattered until they had arrived in Sand Hollow six weeks ago.  To be honest, it was downright annoying.

He had thought she and the kids would be good company for each other, and that they would have the chance to bond to her.  But they hadn’t been here a week before he realized his mistake.  Living in close quarters like this without much entertainment was taking a toll on her, although he had warned her about that before they had come.

It was also becoming increasingly obvious that she wasn’t as interested in the kids as he had previously thought.  In fact, she was turning out to be rather selfish, which was not a good trait in a mother or in a wife.  In other words, he was having second thoughts in a major way!

Here’s another review of a free spanking story over at the Library of Spanking Fiction.  Walking Disaster is by Ruegirl, and you can find it listed under her “Serials” stories.  Walking Disaster has 10 chapters.

This is the first story I’ve read by Ruegirl.  I chose her story for this review because she’s one of the biggest contributors to the Library of Spanking Fiction.  She has 210 serials (that’s actually 210 chapters of serials), 124 stories and 1 poem listed on the site.  That’s a serious amount of writing.

Walking Disaster is a reference to the main character, Grace.  She tends to be a bit clumsy, not to mention frequently late and accident prone.  Yet, as Jake finds out, she’s very good at her job.  Jake decides to “help” Grace be more focused.  In no time, they are lovers, but Grace discovers that Jake is not the man she thought he was.

Ruegirl’s spanking scenes are excellent, and there is plenty of them in this story.  If Grace isn’t getting spanked by Jake, Becka is getting spanked by her husband, Tony.  Becka and Tony are secondary characters in the story.  They are a married couple with a routine Friday night spanking.  Their Friday night spankings add a little spice to the story too.

The writing in Walking Disaster is excellent.  You do have to pay attention to the characters’ names because the scenes move and change rather quickly.  This is the kind of story I love.  Jake starts out just wanting to help Grace, though he’s obviously attracted to her.  Soon, he’s in love with her, but as the plot progresses, Jake has to help Grace get over his betrayal of her trust.  Will Jake and Grace live happily after ever with Friday spankings too?  You’ll have to go read Walking Disaster at the Library of Spanking Fiction.

What’s your preference when writing or reading spanking stories - short stories, novels, or series?  Your preferences may be different as a reader than it is as a writer.

For me, I really enjoy reading series spanking stories.  By that I mean, stories that are all based around a theme - like a concept, place or maybe family.  For example, I’ve talked before about Nattie’s Sanders Center series at Discipline and Desire.  Each story stands alone and each has a different set of central characters, but the characters from previous stories make appearances throughout the series.  It really allows for a lot of character development, and the author is able to build on the theme of the series.  In this case, the theme is the concept of a center that helps women (and later, couples) through the use of spanking as discipline.  I love the whole idea of revisiting characters from previous stories.  It’s like catching up with old friends.

The Monroe County series also at Discipline and Desire is another example of a spanking story series, but these stories are actually written by different authors. It’s called a collaborated series.  In the Monroe County series, the theme is a small town where it’s common and expected for husbands to discipline their wives.  The site has 2 other collaborated series. The Agency is based in the year 2015 when domestic discipline has made a comeback, and the stories in the Personal Trainer series are all about Tony and his unique methods for motivating his clients.

As for writing spanking stories, I tend to only have time to write short stories.  Occasionally, I will write a sequel to a story based on the same characters.  I’d love to try to write a longer spanking story, something with many chapters that could also later become a series.  I’m hoping to find time to do this very soon, and of course, you’ll get to read the story right here on Spanking Storybook.  Now if I could just come up with an intriguing theme.

There’s a place for all kinds of spanking stories.  Short stories are wonderful for quick bedtime reads, and longer novels let you really get into an involved plot and complex characters.  So what do you think?  How do you prefer your spanking stories?  Or is any spanking story a good spanking story?

Now I promised I’d do some spanking story reviews from the Library of Spanking Fiction.  Here’s the first one.

I randomly looked for one of the latest stories posted.  I read Cherry Hart Falls by Juliabee.  You need to be signed in to read this story (registration is free).  Go to Juliabee’s stories and select “Serials.”  There you’ll find the 3 chapters of Cherry Hart Falls.

Juliabee does nice job with developing the plot of this story.  No, every chapter is not full of spanking, but by the time Mac and Lexie get to it, you will be cheering them on.  Mac struggles with his feelings for Lexie, but he finally realizes she’s the women for him.  You’ll love Lexie’s sassy attitude.

It’s an enjoyable story with lots of fun dialogue.  If anything I would have liked the story to be longer.  The secondary characters will also make you laugh.  Lorna, Lexie’s sister, or Tina could easily have their own stories come out of this one (I’m hinting and hoping). Cherry Hart Falls seems like a spanking fun place to be.

I’ll definitely be checking back to see if Juliabee adds any new stories or serials on Library of Spanking Fiction.

No, I’m really serious!  One of my readers set me a link for a Library of Spanking Fiction.  It has over 4800 spanking stories.  Can you believe that?  And yes, they are free spanking stories!  Oh my, I am in for so many spankings, because you know I’m not going to get anything done while I’m checking out this site.

The Kilahara Library of Spanking Fiction runs on a message board format, at least it appears to be a forum.  It takes a bit of poking around to find everything.  Don’t worry, I’ll give you a few hints to get you started.  It’s the kinda girl I am.  You know me - I’m a spanking story enabler.

First, you need to register for the site.  Once you do that, check your email for your confirmation.  Mine came very quickly, less than half an hour.  The site does say it can take up to 24 hours.  Once you get the email, you can log in.  The quickest way I found to get right to the stories is to choose an author from the drop down menu on the top of the page.

Once you’ve chosen an author, click on either stories, serials or poems.  I read a few stories tonight from Brianna and Eve, and I was quite impressed with their talent.  I’ll definitely be reviewing some of the stories from this site.  In fact, if you read some you really like, send me an email and let me know.  4888 stories! That is going to take some serious reading time

Like all good readers should, you can leave comments for the authors as well.  There’s a link at the bottom of the story or use the comment icon next to the story in the author’s list of spanking stories.  Finally, if you want to submit a spanking story, send the site an email with the story in text format.

Thank you to Februs for telling me about this site.  (And yes, I’m going to blame you for all my spankings to come. )

Check out the Library of Spanking Fiction.
